What type of training is this?
The workouts in this plan are designed to help you to get in optimal shape for combat and emergency scenarios.
Without a doubt, people in these professions needs to be in top physical condition. They need to be strong, resilient and have amazing physical endurance.
They need to be able to sustain grueling activities, but more importantly, they need to maintain a certain level of work capacity.
Who is this workout for?
We created these workouts for the guy or gal with a military or law enforcement job.
But almost anyone looking to improve their physical conditioning can partake in these routines. Plus, they will be a lot of fun to do!
Are there any differences between the optimal version and the minimal version?
Both of these workouts will require effort and grit.
But the version with the optimal equipment does have more physically demanding movements as well as movements that require more skill.
You will have to complete 3 workouts per week for 4 weeks.
