MANUFACTURING – NO SHORTCUTS

Frostman-1 is produced using full-color PolyJet 3D printing, one of the most advanced additive manufacturing processes available.

PolyJet allows:

• Ultra-high resolution detail

• Smooth, durable surface finish

• Precise color layering throughout the part

• Consistent quality across every unit

Each bead is produced in resin engineered for durability and daily handling — the same class of material used for industrial prototyping and functional design validation.

This process was chosen intentionally to preserve Frostman’s expression, character, and detail without sacrificing strength.
