I genuinely use a pre workout like Gorilla mode. These gummies hit almost as hard. The big benefit is that I can chew two small gummies that taste pretty good over choking down a glass of pre-workout that tastes terrible and hits the stomach hard. For me that is a is a complete win. I generally workout first thing in the morning so it’s so easy to pop it in and get moving. I live in Arizona and was worried that I would get a mass of gummy in the bag. That did not happen, they are heat stable. Overall I am very happy with this product and can happily recommend it.
