Private Urban Survival Training
THE SAME URBAN SURVIVAL SKILLS AS FEATURED ON CNN

Private, hands-on urban survival training with Black Scout Survival founder Jack Richland.
When systems fail, the environment you live in every day can become the most dangerous place to be.
The Urban Survival Skills Course is an intensive, real-world training experience built around surviving emergencies, civil unrest, infrastructure failure, and other situations where normal services and public safety can no longer be relied upon.
These are the same core urban survival concepts demonstrated by Jack Richland with CNN International Security Correspondent Nick Paton Walsh for The Whole Story: The End of the World As We Know It.
This isn't wilderness camping. The focus is surviving where most Americans actually live—cities, suburbs, vehicles, homes, streets, and densely populated environments.
Training may include urban survival planning, emergency water and shelter, movement and situational awareness, low-profile survival, emergency preparedness, threat avoidance, personal security concepts, and practical decision-making under pressure.
Jack brings experience as a United States Marine veteran, emergency-response professional, survival instructor, and founder of Black Scout Survival to a course designed around one objective:
Give you practical skills you can rely on when normal systems no longer work.
This is private, hands-on instruction—not a large seminar or online course. Training is tailored to the individual or private group and their experience level.
Serious training for serious circumstances.
