An emergency on the road can happen far from help. The Black Scout Survival Vehicle Headrest IFAK puts essential trauma supplies in a dedicated pouch mounted to your vehicle’s headrest.

Built around our BSS medical kit from North American Rescue, this setup adds a Snakestaff tourniquet, tactical trauma shears, and red and green Cyalume military chem lights.

The mounting system stays attached to the headrest while the medical pouch slides out for deployment. Remove it, carry it to the injured person, and unzip it to access the organized contents.

• 28 Fr Nasopharyngeal Airway Kit with Lubricant: Airway adjunct for use by appropriately trained individuals.

• Bear Claw Nitrile Gloves, Desert Tan, Large: Protective gloves for patient care.

• One Snakestaff Tourniquet: Included separately from the BSS medical insert for access without opening the insert.

• Tactical Trauma Shears: For cutting clothing and exposing injuries.

• One Red and One Green Cyalume Military Chem Light: Battery-free chemical illumination for marking and visibility.

• Headrest Mounting System and Removable Medical Pouch: Keeps the kit mounted in your vehicle and allows the pouch to slide out for use away from the seat.
